Muffin Farm is not really a farm. Nor does it really do any kind of muffin or whatever. Well, maybe just a few. What Muffin Farm is, is just a collection of my passion. Pretty much food related since I can’t exactly do much with my other passion – Scrabble (except beat people at it).
I was born and brought up in Singapore amidst a nation of food lovers, where everyone is a food critic! Back there in my professional life, I was an Art Director in advertising for many years. It was good while it lasted, but somehow, something was lacking. So in 2008, my Christophe and I packed up and left the cosmopolitan living behind to start a family life in France, in our beloved city of Strasbourg.
I’m now a stay at home mother, occasionally doing work as a freelance Art Director but most importantly, cooking up a storm each evening and creating new cakes and desserts whenever the kids are able to amuse themselves.
More than just loving good food, I love being the one to provide it. I am never one to rely on pre-mixes because I enjoy creating everything from scratch, entertaining family and friends with all types of cuisine – you name it, I’ll make it! It really gives me such great pleasure to feed everyone I know. – Genevieve xoxo
