Find out more! For Christmas 2010, in keeping with my ‘do-something-different-every-Christmas’, I created these cupcakes for our yearly Christmas eve dessert after the opening of presents. Something Christmassy, something Alsacienne.
Find out more!Once, I found myself with bags of lemons and nothing much to do with it. So I made a WHOLE LOT of these moist lemon butter cupcakes and we drank plenty of iced lemon tea with it.

Find out more!A little known fact about me is that I avoid eating chocolate because it gives me a massive headache. So when I do eat it, I make sure it’s of the best quality and when I make anything with chocolate in it, I only buy the best chocolate available.
