Where are your products from?
All the items available on our site are lovingly prepared by me. Occasionally, I might have something sourced from somewhere from around the world. And when I do, I will indicate it in the product description.
What grade of ingredients do you use?
Only the freshest and best. As much as possible though, I only use organic ingredients and would never consciously buy from farms if I know they use pesticides frivolously. You can be sure that I only use organic flour, sugar and organic or free range eggs for all my baking. It’s just my family’s way of life and I wouldn’t want it any other way with Muffin Farm.
Are they suitable for vegetarians?
All my items are suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians unless stated explicitly.
How many days can your bake products keep fresh?
My baked products are best eaten within 2 days of delivery. But when properly stored, they keep well for up to 5 days though this varies from bake to bake. Ok, 5 days or so is just an assumption. My test products don’t usually last more than a day or 2 with my overly enthusiastic taste testers (AKA, the Husband and Offspring 01). An ‘Eat by’ date will also accompany every product I deliver and you can email me if you have a question.
