Can I specify a delivery date?
Of course! You can specify any delivery date you want just as long as it is at least 3 working days after an order has been placed. Best of all, we deliver every day of the week! But only for hand-delivered items. For all items by post, delivery times within France wouldn’t usually take more than 3 working days (except when affected by strikes).
Delivery charges
Since we know you won’t appreciate us sending you your cake order through snail mail, we can only hand-deliver all baked products (and some of our bottled stuff) within a 30 km radius around Strasbourg. A minimum delivery charge of 6€ is applicable for all orders within Strasbourg city and a charge of up to 15€ may be applicable for locations out of the city – provided it’s a reasonable distance away from Strasbourg. For other orders, we are more than happy to deliver via la poste. Just check with us for the postage cost.
Free delivery
Yes! For all orders over 60€, we’ll offer free delivery for all fresh bakes within Strasbourg and free delivery within France metropolitan for all other mail orders.
